DLT Registration for Enterprise and Telemarketer
DLT, Distributed Ledger Technology is an advanced technology now used by telcos for the scrubbing of Sender id and Message Content to control over the spamming and unsolicited SMS content. Now every entity who is availing A2P Bulk SMS or SMS service from any telco, telemarketer or any of the SMS vendors, they need to register their Entity in this platform. After registration Entity will get a unique Entity ID or PE ID from the DLT platform. Entity can be registered with any one of the telcos DLT platforms, JIO, VILPOWER, AIRTEL, MTNL, BSNL or VIDEOCON DLT Platforms. Once Entity registered, they needed to upload Sender id of their brand name and SMS template content to define variables if any, in the SMS content which needed to be replaced. This is the complete procedure which can help to get DLT registration and its importance. The TCCCPR, 19TH July, 2018 had been released by Telocom Regularity Authority of India (TRAI), the direction has been issued again on 20th Jan, 2020 regarding implementation of the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR). All the operators have already implemented the technology and the implementation of DLT has different phases. In first phase every Enterprises and Telemarketers have to register in this platform.
DLT Registration Process for Telemarketer and Enterprises
Arrange below documents and details before proceeding for Telemarketer and Enterprise registration:
Business PAN Number with Soft Copy.*
Business Entity Name.*
GST Number with Soft Copy.
Business Established Date.*
Company's Website.
Business Owner Name.*
Business Owner Mail Id.*
Alternate Mail Id.*
Mobile Number.*
Business Owner Date of Birth.*
Complete Business Address.*
Proof of Business Identity Softcopy.*(PAN Card)
Proof of Business Entity Softcopy.*(GST / TAN / FSSAI /
Incorporation / Shops & Establishments Certificates)

- Select : Aggregator Function.
- Have you registered with any other Mobile Operator DLT Network? Select : No.
- Enter Your Business PAN Number.
- Fill the form with Required Details.
- Verify with OTP.
- Verify Your Email.
- Login To Portal.
- Upload Required Documents and Fill the Required Details.
- After Completion You will Get, Your Registration Number.
- You will get your Telemarketer Registration Id within 48hrs. of your KYC upload.
Steps for Telemarketer Registration :
- Select : As Enterprise.
- Have you registered with any other Mobile Operator DLT Network? Select : No.
- Enter Your Business PAN Number.
- Fill the form with Required Details.
- Verify with OTP.
- Verify Your Email.
- Login To Portal.
- Upload Required Documents and Fill the Required Details.
- After Completion You will Get, Your Registration Number.
- You will get your Enterprise Registration Id within 48hrs. of your KYC upload.
